A consortium of 12 voluntary sector organisations and the Research Centre at City College Norwich developed a bid to research the expressed generic development needs of voluntary sector organisations (Lead partner Norwich and Norfolk Voluntary Services).  This information was to be used to construct a CPD (Continual Professional Development) framework.  The project, funded by the Community Fund, commenced in January 2001.
