This evaluation is essentially qualitative in orientation.  It conveys holistic impressions of the experiences of people involved within the project to as wide a constituency as possible.
Interviews and Desk-top research were the two forms of data collection employed in this evaluation.
Quantitative data was subjected to a basic statistical analysis.  Qualitative data was analysed in accordance with grounded theory.  That is, the evaluators did not bring to the evaluation preconceived notions of questions to be answered, but used the analysis of the data to enable issues and patterns to emerge from the participants’ agenda.
