Enabling Access to Effective Mentor Support

This project seeks to establish a cascaded mentoring methodology with training teachers who use The SOUL Record™ to mentor a sample of students. This three tier structure exposes the training teachers to experiencing both being the mentor and mentee. However, the project's overall aim is to 'Professionalise the workforce' in mentoring through providing nominees with the training and mentor support to use The SOUL Record™ as a mentoring toolkit for future use with students as the recipient mentees.
