Charities evaluation services

Charities Evaluation Services (CES) was established in 1990 as a registered charity with support from the Home Office, charitable trusts and corporate funders to help strengthen the voluntary sector. It does this through helping third sector organisations develop via self-evaluation, their approaches to enhance their quality of services. The National Outcomes Programme is a major initiative designed to build organisations' capacity to monitor their outcomes.

The SOUL Co-ordinator, Clayton Anderson has been recruited by CES as an Outcome Champion for the Eastern Region to deliver outcomes approach training and support to relevant organisations.
