The recent introductions of IQER, FDAP, HE strategies and IfL CPD commitments has lead to a much greater emphasis being placed upon staff to engage with research / scholarly activity. To assist colleges in developing their support for these activities, the Higher Education Academy’s HE in FE Enhancement Programme has organised three one-day events designed with both a practitioner and manager focus to provide them with the knowledge, examples, resources and confidence to engage and/or manage these activities. Workshops and presentations will be delivered in parallel for both practitioner and managers that will increase their awareness, knowledge and practice.
