Change Teams - Project update

This short Change Teams study has reached a midpoint and the project has developed a focus on three particular areas in connection with the Change Team initiative, those of  –

 Staff development and engagement

Perception of the impact of the remodelling on college culture

Possible adaptations of the model

 A questionnaire (e-survey) has been used to ascertain views of the staff at CCN who have participated in Change Teams, together with a number of interviews to gain additional qualitative information. The resulting data analysis is expected to provide an insight into the views of those staff who participated in the first ‘round’ of Change Teams in the academic year 2009/10. This evaluation of the Change Team process, to date, will be used to feed into the ongoing development of the initiative at CCN.
